Cancellation Rights
Our courses are not related to work or education activities and fall under § 22 m of the Norwegian Act on Information Duty and Right of Withdrawal in Distant Sales and Sales outside Fixed Business Premises. According to this act, there is no legal right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities. The course also falls under §22n, "Digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if the delivery has begun with the consumer's explicit consent, and the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. If the delivery has taken place, the right of withdrawal is waived." This approval was given at the time of purchase. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for these courses.
However with courses like Magical Paintings and other courses valued more than USD / EUR 400, we provide a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you meet the criteria for this guarantee.
Here`s how it works...
We give you a 14-days trial period to test out the course and see if it works for you. If you can show us that you have watched the videos, done the work and asked me for help and it still doesn´t work for you - you can ask for a refund by emailing [email protected].
This information is provided on the page where you purchased the course, as per § 8 k. If the course is purchased after the course registration is closed, the satisfaction guarantee applies from the closing date.

The 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to discounted purchases or to previous customers who have already tested the course.
It is not possible to freeze or postpone this course, even with a medical certificate.
