It became my way back to calm, clarity, and joy – and that’s what I now help others experience too.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve guided thousands of people through courses and workshops. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:

You don’t need to be an “artist” to paint.
You just need to be willing to show up – and let the brush lead the way.

My approach is intuitive, playful, and pressure-free. There are no rules here. Just color, movement, and a gentle invitation to reconnect with yourself.

When we paint in our lush Spanish garden, surrounded by palm trees, flowers and warm light, something special happens. Shoulders drop. Time slows down. And creativity flows – naturally.

This workshop isn’t just about painting. It’s about creating a space where women can connect, express, and breathe more deeply – together.
